Kendall Lo
Co-Founder & CEO
Kendall holds a Master of Science from Stanford University. He graduated first in class from the University of British Columbia with a BASc in Electrical Engineering, receiving the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC Gold Medal Award. Before founding Kazoo Technology, he worked at Citadel, one of the world's most prestigious quantitative hedge funds. He brings rigorous analytical thinking and a passion for applying AI and data science to transform education. Under his leadership, Kazoo has grown from a research lab into a company deploying technology in 150+ schools across Asia.

Prof. Alan Lau
Co-Founder & R&D Lead
Professor Alan Lau is Associate Dean and Professor of Electrical Engineering at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with research affiliations at Stanford University. A recognized authority in optical communications and signal processing, he brings deep technical expertise and academic rigor to Kazoo's R&D efforts. His research has been cited thousands of times and he has mentored numerous PhD students who have gone on to lead in academia and industry.
